Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 · 16 September 2026

This policy explains what data LogicGlow, the app for iPhone and iPad, processes, and what data this website processes. It's written to be read in full: it's short because LogicGlow processes little data.

1. Data controller

  • Controller: Joan Cama Ribot
  • Trade name: Somia Digital
  • Tax ID: 41531670H
  • Address: Carrer de Sant Joan, 16, 17200 Palafrugell (Girona), Spain
  • Contact email: hola@somiadigital.com

A. The app

2. No account and no user database

LogicGlow is a local-first app. Your games, streak, milestones, report and test results are stored in your phone's database and are never copied anywhere. No account is needed to use the whole app, Premium included. If you uninstall the app, this data goes with it and we keep no copy.

3. The optional account: Sign in with Apple

You can open an account for one thing only: so your progress isn't lost if you change phone or reinstall the app. The only sign-in method is Sign in with Apple. We don't store any password, we don't verify any email, and, if you choose to, Apple gives us a relay address instead of yours.

What is stored on the server: a single row per account, with the identifier Apple gives us and your local progress inside it, so it can be returned to the same phone or a new one. The server isn't built to answer "what has this person played": it stores the package and returns it.

Provider: Supabase, with servers in the European Union. Legal basis: performance of the service you request when opening the account (Article 6.1.b GDPR).

4. Anonymous game data

To build the age-group comparison, individual anonymous games leave the phone: the game, the score, the date and your age group. Your exact age doesn't travel, nor does your name, nor any account identifier, nor any summary of you, nor anything you've written. These games can't be linked to any person. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of running the comparison (Article 6.1.f GDPR), over data that can't identify you.

5. Optional analytics

The app counts usage events through PostHog, with servers in the European Union. The list is closed: onboarding finished, daily path completed, perfect path, game played, streak shield used, paywall seen and paywall converted. The properties are also a closed list (app version, system language, device type). Never scores, never content, never user text.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which parts of the app get used (Article 6.1.f GDPR), over counted events that identify nobody. It can be turned off in the app's Settings, whenever you like and without losing anything.

6. The subscription

Premium is a monthly subscription managed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription status (active, trialing, expired) is checked with RevenueCat. LogicGlow never sees or processes any payment data: no cards, no addresses, no invoices. Apple handles this, under its own privacy policy.

7. Local notifications

Reminders are generated by the phone itself. There are no remote push notifications, so no device identifier is ever sent to any server.

8. The app doesn't use cookies

No cookies, no IDFA, no cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking technology.

B. This website

9. The support form

If you write through the form, we process your email and your message to reply to you, and nothing else. We don't ask for name or phone number. We keep them while the conversation is open and, at most, twelve months after the last message. The form is received by Netlify, the website's hosting provider, as data processor, and forwarded to us by email. Legal basis: your consent when checking the box (Article 6.1.a GDPR).

10. Technical logs

The website's hosting provider keeps technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested page and time) for the security and availability of the service, under legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR), and deletes them after a short period.

11. Website cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, and ONLY if you accept it in the cookie notice: until you do, nothing from Google is loaded and no measurement cookie is set. The IP address is anonymised, and you can change your choice whenever you like. The details, cookie by cookie, are in the cookie policy.

C. Common

12. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to hola@somiadigital.com. If you believe we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).

13. How to delete your account

Inside the app, in Settings, you can delete your account: the server row with your progress is removed, and no copy remains. What's on the phone goes when you uninstall the app. The anonymous comparison games can't be deleted because they can't be linked to anyone.

14. Minors

We do not knowingly process data from anyone under 16. If we learn we hold any, we erase it. The app never asks for your age: only an age group.

15. Security

Account data travels encrypted (TLS) and is stored with a European Union provider with restricted access. Everything else never leaves the phone.

16. LogicGlow isn't a medical device

LogicGlow measures your performance on some game tasks and returns it as a number and a trend. It isn't a medical tool, it isn't a medical device, it does not diagnose anything and it promises no improvement. The data it processes isn't health data.

17. Changes to this policy

If it changes, the version and date above change, and we publish it here and inside the app. Changes affecting what we do with your data will be notified before they take effect.
