1. Who we are
LogicGlow is an app by Joan Cama Ribot, trading as Somia Digital, Tax ID 41531670H, address Carrer de Sant Joan, 16, 17200 Palafrugell (Girona), Spain, contact email hola@somiadigital.com.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the LogicGlow app for iPhone and iPad and to this website. By installing or using the app, you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use it.
3. Who can use LogicGlow
To use LogicGlow you must be 16 or older. Anyone under 16 may not use the service. The app never asks for your age: only an age group, and only for the comparison.
4. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use LogicGlow on Apple devices you own, under the App Store's terms. The app, the games, the tests, the text and the design belong to us or their respective owners, and may not be copied, modified, sold or distributed. Apple's terms (Licensed Application End User License Agreement) apply in addition to these.
5. What LogicGlow is and isn't
LogicGlow is a daily training in game form: every day there's a path of five short games, tests of fixed length, and a report that tracks how you're doing and how it changes over time.
5.1 It isn't a medical device
LogicGlow isn't a medical tool or a medical device. It does not diagnose anything, measures no health condition, and promises no cognitive improvement. Scores are the result of game tasks and depend on sleep, distractions, the device and practice.
5.2 It doesn't give medical advice
Nothing LogicGlow says is medical advice. If you have concerns about your memory, your attention or your health, talk to a healthcare professional.
6. The account and your data
The account is optional, opens with Sign in with Apple, and exists so you don't lose your progress. How we handle data is in the privacy policy.
7. Your obligations
Use LogicGlow as it is, without tampering with the app, its results or its servers, without trying to identify other people from the comparison, and without any unlawful use.
8. The Premium subscription
- What's included: unlimited games, full reports, and streak shields. The free plan includes the 34 games, the tests, the streak and the milestones, with 3 games a day.
- Price and renewal: the plan is monthly, with a 3-day trial period. The price is shown on the App Store and on the pricing page before you subscribe. It renews automatically every month until cancelled. There's no annual plan.
- How to cancel: from your Apple account settings (Subscriptions), at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancelling doesn't refund the current period.
- Refunds: handled by Apple under its own terms; we can't issue them.
- Price changes: if the price changes, Apple will notify you in advance and ask you to accept it.
9. Right of withdrawal
With the free 3-day trial, you can cancel at no cost before it ends. Once the paid period begins, the digital subscription is supplied immediately and, to the extent the law allows, the right of withdrawal is exercised through Apple, which is the seller.
10. Liability
LogicGlow is provided as is. We do our best to make it work well, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We aren't liable for indirect damages or for decisions you make based on the scores, which aren't a measure of health. Nothing here limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your domicile, and nothing here deprives you of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence. The European online dispute resolution platform is also available to you. If you are not a consumer, the parties expressly submit to the courts and tribunals of Girona, waiving any other jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
If they change, the version and date above change, and we publish them here and inside the app. Continuing to use LogicGlow after the change means accepting it.
