LogicGlow terms and conditions of use
Version 2.0. Effective date: 5 October 2026.
These terms are the contract between you and us when you use LogicGlow. What we do with your data is a separate document: the Privacy policy.

2. What LogicGlow is
LogicGlow is a daily workout in game form for iPhone and iPad: every day there is a path of five short games, some fixed-length tests and a report that shows how you are doing and how that changes over time.
By installing and using LogicGlow you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the app.
3. Who may use it
The app is rated 4+ on the App Store. You must be 16 or older to use LogicGlow. The subscription is always taken out by the Apple account holder.
The App Store rating of 4+ is about the content, which is suitable for everyone; the age in this clause is the one needed to be able to accept this contract.
4. The account
The account is optional and is opened with "Sign in with Apple". Its data is stored on Supabase (eu-west-1 region, Ireland, European Union), and what is stored there is explained in the Privacy policy. You are responsible for keeping your session secure.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. If we do, we will tell you and explain why, and you can ask us to review the decision. You can delete the account yourself whenever you like, from inside the app (how it is done).
5. Licence to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use LogicGlow on the devices of your Apple account, for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not: decompile, reverse-engineer or extract its code (except to the extent the law expressly allows); resell, rent or sublicense it; or use it for anything unlawful.
6. LogicGlow Premium: the subscription
LogicGlow is free and useful without paying anything: all 34 games, the tests, the streak and achievements, with three games a day.
LogicGlow Premium is a subscription that adds unlimited games, the full reports and streak shields.
- The prices that govern are the ones the App Store shows you at the moment of purchase, in your currency and with the taxes that apply to you. Any price shown anywhere else is indicative.
- LogicGlow Premium is monthly. It may include a free trial; if you don't cancel before it ends, the first period is charged.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.
- It is cancelled from your Apple account Settings, not from the app: Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions. We have no access there.
- If you stop paying, LogicGlow returns to the free plan. Nothing you have already done is lost: your progress, your streak and your achievements stay where they are.
7. Withdrawal, refunds and cancellation
The subscription is sold by Apple through the App Store, and it is Apple that charges, invoices and decides on refunds in accordance with the App Store terms and with whatever law protects you.
- The right of withdrawal granted to you by consumer law is exercised against Apple, which is the seller. We cannot process it or refund an amount we never collected.
- Refund requests are made at
reportaproblem.apple.comor from your Apple account Settings. - Cancelling the subscription stops future renewals; it does not shorten the period already paid for, which stays active until it ends.
Nothing in this clause deprives you of the rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
8. Acceptable use
By using LogicGlow you undertake not to try to access other people's data and not to interfere with the service or its servers.
9. What LogicGlow does not guarantee
LogicGlow is a game. It is not a medical device or a medical tool: it diagnoses nothing, measures no health condition and promises no improvement in memory, attention or any other ability. Scores are the result of some game tasks and depend on sleep, distractions, the device and practice.
Nothing LogicGlow says is medical advice. If you have concerns about your memory, your attention or your health, talk to a healthcare professional. We are not liable for decisions anyone makes on the basis of a score.
10. Artificial intelligence
Some features of LogicGlow use artificial intelligence. The answers are generated by an automated model: they may be wrong or incomplete, they are neither a verified source nor professional advice, and you should check them before relying on them for anything important. We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of an AI answer.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and without prejudice to the last paragraph of this clause:
- LogicGlow is provided "as is" and "as available", with no express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We are not liable for the decisions or failures of third parties the service depends on — Supabase, Cloudflare, PostHog, RevenueCat, Netlify, Google, Apple, your network operator — nor for changes to their platforms, terms or prices.
- We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss or corruption of data.
- Our total aggregate liability, on any ground and for all claims taken together, is limited to the higher of these two amounts: the amount you actually paid for the app in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it, or fifty euros.
Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited: liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, liability for personal injury caused by our fault, or the rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived — in particular those of the Spanish consolidated Consumer Protection Act. If you are a consumer and any provision of this clause turns out to be unenforceable in your case, the rest still stands.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control: internet or cloud provider outages, power cuts, changes or restrictions imposed by Apple or by a platform, cyber-attacks, natural disasters, conflicts, epidemics or decisions of public authorities.
13. Third-party services and Apple's role
LogicGlow runs on other people's platforms and services: Apple (the App Store, iOS, "Sign in with Apple", Game Center, Apple Intelligence and payment), Supabase (the account, the comparisons and announcements), Cloudflare (updates), RevenueCat (subscription status) and PostHog (analytics, if you consent). Each has its own terms, and we control neither their availability nor their changes.
These terms are between you and us, not with Apple. If you downloaded LogicGlow from the App Store, in addition:
- Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
- The licence in clause 5 lets you use the app on Apple products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store terms.
- If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the app.
- We, not Apple, handle any claim about the app, yours or a third party's: product liability, failure to comply with legal or consumer-protection requirements, or third-party intellectual property rights.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States Government embargo, or on any list of prohibited or restricted parties of that Government.
- When you use the app, you must comply with the terms of the third parties involved (for example, those of your carrier).
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms: when you accept them, Apple may enforce them against you.

14. Intellectual property
LogicGlow, its code, design, texts, the games and tests, and the illustrations are ours or used under licence. The licence in clause 5 transfers no rights in them to you.
What you write — your first name — is yours.
15. Term and termination
These terms apply for as long as you use LogicGlow. You may end them at any time by deleting the app and deleting your account, if you have opened one; we may end them if you breach them seriously. Clauses 11, 12, 14 and 17 survive termination.
16. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms because of changes to the app or to the law. The version in force is always the one published at logicglow.app, which is the one the app links to, and the date at the top moves; earlier versions stay published there, dated. Significant changes are announced inside the app, and if you don't accept them the remedy is to stop using LogicGlow and cancel the subscription.
17. Governing law, jurisdiction and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
If you have a problem, write to us first at hola@somiadigital.com: we will try to resolve it reasonably and quickly. This step is not mandatory and takes away none of your rights or time limits. As a consumer, you may also go to the consumer information office of your municipality or the consumer service of your autonomous community and, if you live in another European Union member state, to the European Consumer Centres network. The European online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025, which is why these terms do not refer to it.
If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your domicile and nothing here deprives you of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence. If you are not a consumer, the parties expressly submit to the courts of Girona, waiving any other jurisdiction.
If any clause of these terms is void or unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
